Will I be collected directly from my location?
Yes, provided that your pick-up location is outside a specific property, you will be collected from right outside your door. However, if you are located within a gated community, Xpress Shuttles requests that you wait outside the gates. Restrictions may apply depending on the location of your door or driveway. This will be dependent on driver discretion and accessibility.
When will I be picked up?
Your confirmation will state the bus should arrive within a 20 minute window. This will allow for traffic fluctuations and multiple pick ups in your area. You must be ready and waiting for the entirety of your allocated time allotment as our services will depart immediately once they reach said location, and will be unable to wait for unfound passengers.
Kingsford Smith International Airport Pickup Point
Public pick-up zone – Express zone: pickup within 15 mins of the appointed time. Since airport parking attract fees, delays in meeting at pickup zone will attract a charge of $1/minute.
Kingsford Smith Domestic Airport Pickup Point

Overseas Passenger Terminal
The passenger drop-off area is located outside the cruise terminal on the lower roadway at Circular Quay West. Access the lower roadway via George Street (cross street: Argyle Street).
Delays in meeting at pickup zone will attract a charge of $1/minute.
White Bay Cruise Terminal
The passenger drop-off area is located directly outside the cruise terminal. Delays in meeting at pickup zone will attract a charge of $1/minute.
You must be ready and waiting for the entirety of your allocated time allotment as our services will depart immediately once they reach said location. Both pickup and drop off must occur with a 15-minute window once the shuttle arrives. Delays in pickup/drop-off attracts an extra charge of $60/hour calculated on 1-minute intervals.
How much does a transfer cost?
Pricing varies depending on each suburb, destination and time of day.
How far in advance do I need to book a transfer?
Xpress Shuttles requests that all airport transfer bookings be processed at least 24 hours in advance. Should you have a late booking however, simply contact Xpress Shuttles directly via phone and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements for you, subject to availability.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, you can modify a booking but modifications are subject to availability.
Luggage will be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Please note that excess luggage does incur a fee. Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person. Any additional standard sized items cost $6 per item. Any large luggage items including surfboards, bikes, golf clubs etc. cost $10 per item.
Children aged between 1 years to 8 years require child seats. Child seats attract an extra $10/seat.
Currently payment options include cash or direct bank transfers (payid etc). Cards are not yet accepted.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or credit at Xpress Shuttles’ discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of travel are not eligible for a refund.
